1. Who we are

Wrap It Up (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Egyptian gifting brand offering premium breakfast gift boxes, Build Your Own Box experiences, balloons, and add-ons, with delivery focused on Cairo and Giza.

2. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when you receive an order confirmation email or in-app confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, delivery cannot be fulfilled for your area or date, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, delivery address, phone number, and preferred delivery window.

3. Products, freshness & customisation

Our trays and boxes are prepared for gift delivery. Product photos are illustrative; seasonal availability and supplier variations may affect exact contents. Custom Build Your Own Box selections are fulfilled based on stock at the time of preparation.

Freshness depends on timely delivery and correct storage after handover. Once delivered to the address or recipient you provided, risk of loss or damage passes to you (or the recipient), except where Egyptian consumer law requires otherwise.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, and may include or exclude delivery fees as shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on the site (for example cards and other listed options).

Payment must be completed successfully before we schedule preparation and delivery, unless we expressly offer cash-on-delivery or another deferred option for your order.

5. Delivery

Primary service areas are Cairo and Giza. Delivery windows selected at checkout are estimates; traffic, building access, and recipient availability may affect timing.

• Ensure someone can receive the gift at the chosen address and window.
• Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details may incur rescheduling fees.
• Same-day or timed options, when offered, depend on cut-off times and capacity.

6. Cancellations, changes & issues

Because products are perishable and prepared to order, cancellations or changes may only be possible before preparation begins. Contact us as soon as possible via hello@wrap-itup.com or the channels listed on our About page.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or clearly incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit in line with applicable Egyptian consumer protection rules.

7. Accounts & Wrap Club

If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Optional marketing preferences (such as Wrap Club updates) can be changed anytime via account settings or unsubscribe links in emails.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, photos, and designs belong to Wrap It Up or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrap It Up is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or delayed delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under Egyptian law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms for future orders.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be handled under the competent Egyptian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
